Returns & Replacements

Customized product orders including graphics, customizable color panels, flooring and special order accessories are not returnable unless filed as part of a claim when goods are delivered damaged. Claims for damage must be reported to Trade Show Emporium within two (2) business days of the shipper's documented delivery. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Claims should be directed to info@tradeshowemporium.com. You will be provided with email instructions to process claims for damage with the shipper. Damage claims made after 2 days of delivery not be honored.

To return of non-customized products, email info@tradeshowemporium.com within three (3) business days of the shipper's documented delivery. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. You will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Print this number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All returned merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. Returned items must be received in our warehouse without exception within ten (10) business days of issue of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

Every component and accessory (including free promotional items) must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Shipping and Handling fees on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levy a restocking fee up to 25% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

Trade Show Emporium Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Since TSE cannot provide credit for a return without receipt of the item, we recommend that you use a delivery service offering tracking and insurance.

Return Process

Please review the guidelines described in our Return Policy above. In order to return or exchange all or part of your order, please use the following steps as a guide:

  1. Log in to your user account on the Trade Show Emporium Inc. website.
  2. Navigate to the RMA Request page by clicking the link on the left-side navigation.
  3. Fill out the RMA Request form for the product(s) you intend to return or exchange.
  4. You will be contacted by a TSE Customer Service Rep regarding the details of your return request.
  5. If your merchandise is eligible for return, we will issue you an RMA number, which must be printed on the outside of the package containing the returned goods.
  6. Ship the returned goods to our facility using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking or insurance to ensure delivery.
  7. Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue your refund to the form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

International Shipping

Trade Shoe Emporium ships to international addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All international shipments are subject to additional fees such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the client. If these fees are charged to TSE in error, the fees will be in turn invoiced to the customer and the customer agrees to pay the TSE invoice in full. The customer's credit card on file used to make the original purchase will be charged for these additional fees.

Shipping Carrier

All domestic orders to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes. When your order is ready to ship, Trade Show Emporium will email you an order confirmation with a FedEx tracking numbers for your delivery.

Shipping Policy

Trade Show Emporium Inc. will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The delivery times indicated on this website are only estimates. These estimates should not be misconstrued as definitive production dates as those dates vary according to holidays and weekends. Trade Show Emporium Inc. is not liable for any third-party carrier delaying in the delivery of products. TSE will honor our return policy for products not received in a customer's expected time frame if the shipment was not shipped out on the date specified on the shipping confirmation. If the order is not shipped out on the day specified, TSE will upgrade the shipping at no cost if the fault lies with TSE. There will be no refund of shipping costs if a third party shipping company fails to deliver on the specified date. A claim can be opened with the third party on your behalf and a refund of any kind must be issued by the third party shipping partner, not by TSE. Please review the Return Policy to make sure your order can be returned.

Shipping Rates

Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your Zip Code to calculate shipping costs for your entire order. Shipping costs are determined by the following:

  • The destination of your order
  • The total weight
  • Your specified shipping method.

Expedited shipping options have higher costs than Standard Ground shipping. Once a shipment has left our facility, TSE is not liable for rerouting a shipment to any address other than the one provided at time of shipment. TSE will not be responsible for any fees for rerouting or redirecting due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase/payment.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email Shipment Notification including a list of products shipped and a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available from the shipper.

1. Choose Your Display
Contact Trade Show Emporium by email, phone or see our extensive catalog of trade show displays. Simply search by the size of your booth—8, 10 or 20 feet—to view exhibits appropriate for your booth space. Select your preferred style and shape plus additional accessories, and you're ready to place your order. It's that easy.

2. Place Your Order
Review your shopping cart contents and upload your artwork. You can view estimated shipping costs in addition to the grand total of your order. Once you've confirmed all is good, link to the Checkout Page to complete your order. Fill in your shipping destination and billing information. We'll do the heavy lifting from this point onward.

3. Load and Review Your Artwork
Trade Show Emporium Inc. has streamlined the artwork submission process to make your job easier. Upload your design file to our artwork submission platform, proof the artwork and approve it—all on one single web page.

4. Production Begins
As soon as your order comes in, our print technicians and manufacturers begin work on your project. They are hand-picked for their attention to the finer details that result in an outstanding trade show exhibit.

5. Order Ships
We conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections before shipping your exhibit to you. We fully assemble your trade show display and meticulously inspect its alignment, color quality and image resolution to guarantee that your display is the highest quality craftsmanship.

6. Receive Your Order
You're probably on a deadline preparing for your tradeshow. You are able to track the shipment of your display or parts using the tracking number(s) we provide at the time of shipment. When your shipment arrives, it's important that you open the boxes and confirm that the exhibit is not damaged and that all parts are received. If by some rare chance the display delivery box is damaged and it is apparent from the outside of the box, please notify the delivery driver. Take photos of the box. Record the tracking number on the box. Call us at once. We are here to assist getting you replacement parts or repairs.

Q: Where/when do I upload my artwork?

A: Artwork may be uploaded at the time of order or up to 30 days after the order has been placed. All artwork can be uploaded in an AI Vector format here

 

Q: How do I know TSE received my artwork?

A: All successfully uploaded artwork will include a PDF thumbnail confirmation sent to your email. If you do not receive a copy of this email, please contact us at info@tradeshowemporium.com. 

 

Q: Which artwork formats do you accept?

A: PDF, AI, TIFF & JPEG are all accepted. 

 

Q: Why isn't my file uploading?

A: If you're still having problems, email us at info@tradeshowemporium.com or call 866-764-2968.

 

Q: Will the guidelines on my graphics print?

A: No, these are purely for your reference. The dotted lines in your preview will not be printed on your display.

 

Q: When do you print my order?

A: We require you to approve your artwork before we produce and ship your item(s). 

 

Q: Can I edit/change my order?

A: Once artwork has been approved, we will begin production immediately; therefore, edits to the artwork can only be made before this approval is given. Email TSE at info@tradeshowemporium.com or call 866-764-2968 and our Customer Service Rep will assist you with changes. No delivery changes can be made once an order has shipped.

 

Q: What are the shipping times to my location?

A: This is dependent on your location and shipping method of your choice. 

 

Q: Where do I find tracking for my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive email notification with your tracking number.

 

Q: Will you help me choose a display?

Q: How do I store my graphics to prolong the life of my display?

A: Graphics are not warranted, so proper care is required to prolong the life of your graphics. Graphics must be stored with the print side out to minimize damage.

About our Founder
Willis A. Wood Jr., founded Trade Show Emporium in 2007 on the premise of providing informed, individualized consultation to buyers who are attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, conventions, and other exhibitions

Wood began his career in the trade show industry with one of the leading trade show distributors in the country. He excelled in his job, and was then hired by one of the largest trade show exhibit manufacturers in the United States. After working in the industry for many years, Wood recognized that many trade show display companies sold the exact same product to repeat customers without any consideration of the company’s business goals. He was disturbed by the “sell, sell, sell” mentality, and had a strong desire to see a more ethical approach to business through sound advice, better service and fair pricing.

Current Ownership

In February of 2020, Philip Foust, a 23 year trade show industry veteran and the owner of Brave Exhibits purchased Trade Show Emporium and brought it into the Brave Exhibits family of companies.  Philip and his team are contiuning the tradition started by Willis and Trade Show Emporium and adding additional products and services to help exhibitors take their success to the next level!
