Returns & Replacements

Customized product orders including graphics, customizable color panels, flooring and special order accessories are not returnable unless filed as part of a claim when goods are delivered damaged. Claims for damage must be reported to Trade Show Emporium within two (2) business days of the shipper's documented delivery. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Claims should be directed to info@tradeshowemporium.com. You will be provided with email instructions to process claims for damage with the shipper. Damage claims made after 2 days of delivery not be honored.

To return of non-customized products, email info@tradeshowemporium.com within three (3) business days of the shipper's documented delivery. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. You will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Print this number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All returned merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. Returned items must be received in our warehouse without exception within ten (10) business days of issue of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

Every component and accessory (including free promotional items) must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Shipping and Handling fees on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levy a restocking fee up to 25% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

Trade Show Emporium Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Since TSE cannot provide credit for a return without receipt of the item, we recommend that you use a delivery service offering tracking and insurance.

Return Process

Please review the guidelines described in our Return Policy above. In order to return or exchange all or part of your order, please use the following steps as a guide:

  1. Log in to your user account on the Trade Show Emporium Inc. website.
  2. Navigate to the RMA Request page by clicking the link on the left-side navigation.
  3. Fill out the RMA Request form for the product(s) you intend to return or exchange.
  4. You will be contacted by a TSE Customer Service Rep regarding the details of your return request.
  5. If your merchandise is eligible for return, we will issue you an RMA number, which must be printed on the outside of the package containing the returned goods.
  6. Ship the returned goods to our facility using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking or insurance to ensure delivery.
  7. Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue your refund to the form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

International Shipping

Trade Shoe Emporium ships to international addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All international shipments are subject to additional fees such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the client. If these fees are charged to TSE in error, the fees will be in turn invoiced to the customer and the customer agrees to pay the TSE invoice in full. The customer's credit card on file used to make the original purchase will be charged for these additional fees.
