All domestic orders to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes. When your order is ready to ship, Trade Show Emporium will email you an order confirmation with a FedEx tracking numbers for your delivery.
Trade Show Emporium Inc. will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The delivery times indicated on this website are only estimates. These estimates should not be misconstrued as definitive production dates as those dates vary according to holidays and weekends. Trade Show Emporium Inc. is not liable for any third-party carrier delaying in the delivery of products. TSE will honor our return policy for products not received in a customer's expected time frame if the shipment was not shipped out on the date specified on the shipping confirmation. If the order is not shipped out on the day specified, TSE will upgrade the shipping at no cost if the fault lies with TSE. There will be no refund of shipping costs if a third party shipping company fails to deliver on the specified date. A claim can be opened with the third party on your behalf and a refund of any kind must be issued by the third party shipping partner, not by TSE. Please review the Return Policy to make sure your order can be returned.

Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your Zip Code to calculate shipping costs for your entire order. Shipping costs are determined by the following:
- The destination of your order
- The total weight
- Your specified shipping method.
Expedited shipping options have higher costs than Standard Ground shipping. Once a shipment has left our facility, TSE is not liable for rerouting a shipment to any address other than the one provided at time of shipment. TSE will not be responsible for any fees for rerouting or redirecting due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase/payment.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email Shipment Notification including a list of products shipped and a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available from the shipper.
